RACI Titration Stakes

Our Year 11 and 12 Chemistry students are currently participating in the RACI Titration Stakes, a competition that involves finding the concentration of an unknown sample of ethanoic acid. Schools across Australia compete against each other, the winner being the team who calculates the concentration to the closest 10,000th of a mole per litre. In 2018 one of the Sacred Heart College teams finished in the top 50 making it to the finals. We wish the students the best in their efforts.
