We are thrilled to be launching our inaugural Junior School Showcase event, where the many talents and gifts of our Year 7, 8 and 9 students are celebrated. Our Junior School Showcase is a special occasion for many reasons, and although we would have loved to have celebrated with you all in person, it is wonderful that we can still connect with you virtually.
The past two years have been a time of firsts in many ways, and we are particularly excited to be announcing that this is the first time that the Junior School has come together as a collective to formally display our many achievements in the life of Sacred Heart College.
From today onwards, we will officially launch our Junior School Showcase online exhibition space, which you can view at showcase.shckyneton.com.au On this site, you can explore the many and varied Year 8 MAD
Projects and the Year 9 Expo projects that have been completed by our Junior School students.
In order to give you the best sense of what these two long term projects involve, we took some time earlier this week to chat with some Year 8s and Year 9s about their own experiences, and we are looking forward to broadcasting these interviews via a virtual launch at 6pm tonight.
You can also catch a selection of Year 8 R E students talking about their 'MAD' Make a Difference research projects.
