Safe Teens – Parent Engagement Partnership

Safe Teens: Life out of school

Guest Speakers: Mark Duley & Jason Azzopardi

As parents, we try to educate our children to make safe choices, whether this be at parties, learning to drive or when spending time with friends.

You are invited to an informative evening where we will learn more about the teenage brain and the effects of alcohol and drugs on the minds of young people.

This presentation will also include some tips on what to look for, and what to do in case of emergencies.
The evening promises to be to the point, being presented by first responders with advice based on a wealth of experience – Mark as a MICA Paramedic and Jason as Leading Senior Constable in the Victorian Police Force and Youth Resource Officer / Proactive Operative.

The evening will be invaluable to parents of children of all ages, but particularly those with teenagers or pre-teens, in preparation for this challenging stage of development.  There will be an opportunity at the end of the presentation for a Q & A session.
